Position Overview:

As Data Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the way we design, implement, and configure scalable Salesforce solutions for our clients. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders, to ensure the integrity, security, and performance of our Salesforce solutions.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Define and implement the overall data architecture strategy within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Design data models, schemas, and relationships to support client business requirements and data integration needs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data usage, reporting needs, and data governance requirements.

• Lead the design and execution of data integration and migration projects, ensuring data quality and accuracy.

• Evaluate and select appropriate integration tools and technologies for seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.

• Establish data governance practices and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulations.

• Implement data security measures and access controls to protect sensitive information.

• Monitor and analyze data performance, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.

• Recommend and implement strategies to enhance data loading, querying, and reporting performance.

• Create comprehensive documentation for data models, architecture, and integration processes.

• Provide training and guidance to development teams and end users on best practices for data management within Salesforce.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, analysts, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, data management trends, and best practices.

• Recommend and implement improvements to our data architecture based on emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Multiple Salesforce Certifications and 7+ years’ experience in Salesforce ecosystem

  • Required Certifications:

    • Salesforce Data Architect

    • Salesforce Integration Architect

  • Additional Preferred Certification(s)

    • Additional Salesforce Architect Certifications

    • Non Profit Cloud Consultant

    • Data Cloud Accredited Professional

• 4+ years’ experience in professional business consulting environments or leading internal Salesforce teams at a Salesforce Customer

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience managing and delivering multiple projects

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field

• Available for up to 10% travel

New Business Referral Bonus:

A New Business Referral Bonus will be paid on revenue associated with any new client sourced through the Solutions Architect. New Business Referral Bonus is eligible on all revenue booked with a new client within the first 12 months of the client's first engagement.
